Liposomal iron preparation can be used as an anti-anemic drug in the complex therapy of moderate IDA in patients with uterine myoma, adenomyosis and menorrhagia. The effectiveness of Sideral Forte in 75% of patients was demonstrated. In 25% of patients the question of the need for surgical treatment of the underlying disease, which is the cause of chronic blood loss, must be solved in time.
